Sapphire Beach Townhouse 2 is a dual occupancy project, the site has a beach front location with surf sea views – the narrow site required carefully planning to achieve required areas – living & main bedrooms are positioned to the eastern sea view – a central upper level internal courtyard was used to provide light & interest to the centre of the building –  a clean lined contemporary look was sought & achieved by the use of aluminium composite cladding, frameless glass balustrading, large double height glazing to stair wall, curved roofs sit behind a the linear parapet line.
