Sapphire Beach Townhouse 1 is a dual occupancy project, the site has a beach front location with high mean tide the front boundary, adjacent to the south is a headland / littoral rainforest – the narrow site required carefully planning to achive required areas – living & main bedrooms are positioned to the eastern sea view – a central garden courtyard was used to provide light & interest to the centre of the building – one moves from the closed street side in, up & around the courtyard until the surf & sea is revealed.
