Sapphire Beach House 3 entailed extensive renovations to a blockish brick veneer house situated on a beautiful beachside location – front boundary being the beach dune – a casual beach feel was requested – main living area floor was resurfaced with burnished concrete, timber cladding was introduced to soften & animate the building, large multi sliding timber doors were installed the full house width, opening the main living area to deck & sea views – kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom were all reworked with a casual contemporary feel.
