San Simeon house is a stepped pavilion courtyard house with ocean views - the main living pavilion is situated to the front & sleeping pavilion to the back with a glazed linking corridor – the main living areas are situated on level 2 with open terrace to the east & central private courtyard - the 2 pavilions embrace a central courtyard with northern aspect & outlook to garden, spakling pool & covered outdoor eating area – the open plan living pavilion has large sliding doors allowing the space to flow to the open east side terrace with ocean views & on the other side back to the private courtyard & rear pavilion – main bedrooms are situated in the rear pavilion upper level & open to a timber verandah with sea & island views.
