Safety Beach House entailed the addition of a pool, outdoor terrace & courtyard living room – the house opens to a beach reserve & public beach access is adjacent to the house – the new pool has a sculptural quality & is a focal point from the upper level terrace, verandah & living areas – a balance was sought for pool privacy from the surrounding public areas while maintaining a pleasing outlook to the bush reserve, achieved by screen landscaping & frosted glass balustrading.
